Ingredients
- Persimmon Leaves (Diospyros Kaki)*
- Holy Thistle / Blessed Thistle (Cnicus Benedictus)*
- Malva Leaves (Malva Verticillata)*
- Marsh Mallow (Althaea Officinalis)*
- Carica Papaya (Caricae Papayae)*
- Myrrh (Commiphora Myrrha)*
- Chamomile (Matricaria Chamomilla)*
- Ginger (Zingiber Officinale)*
MAKE IT
STEP 1: Bring (1) quart water to ROLLING BOIL.*
STEP 2: ADD (2) tea bags and COVER. Remove from heat and let STEEP for 4 to 8 hours.*
STEP 3: Combine STEEPED tea with (3) Quarts cold water to make (1) gallon of tea and REFRIGERATE.*
TAKE IT
Morning, afternoon, and night.*
DOSE
Drink an (8) oz. glass with lunch & dinner and (1/2) cup with an evening snack.*
STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE.

I took it in the early morning before work and did not feel tired throughout the day, I felt hungry by about 12 befcause it did not feel as hungry as I usualy would in the early morning, and now I like taking them when i feel too tired.
I love this and how it make me feel I am not that bloated anymore, my go time I like in the early mornings
